Show Cancels Hilfiger Menswear


  Tommy Hilfiger New York Fashion Week show his aborted male. The American brand has traditionally collections of his men in women's fashion of the City line-up.

"We have made a strategic decision to our attention during New York Fashion Week focus on the activities of our women," said Avery Baker, Tommy Hilfiger Group Chief Marketing Officer. "Menswear is the heart of the brand Tommy Hilfiger, and we will continue to develop innovative ways to develop the collections of our men through the channels that speak directly to consumers."

In other news, the brand, creative consultant Simon Spurr man left the label. Future collections Hilfiger and his team will now be developed internally. Men account for 60 percent of global sales Hilfiger clothing with women, the remaining 40 percent.

The brand also announced that it's his next show women from its traditional location on Sunday, 20 hours Monday 9 September to 11, to move WWD reports.
